What a Great Day!

Its been so beautiful here in Ohio, I love spring!! Flowers are blooming, birds are chirping, the smell of freshly cut grass! Hmm...can you tell I am having a good day! I woke up this morning on my own, you see usually either my 2 year old or my 5 year old are standing beside my bed staring at me until I open my eyes. lol! So its a little refreshing when I have a head start on them and a cup of tea before the diaper changes begin! I also have a Stampin' Up order coming in today!!! yay!! I have a feeling today is going to be a great day!

I am off to enjoy my day taking the kids outside to play and waiting for the UPS man to come!!
Happy Stampin'!!

The Inkcredibles Stamp Club Project!

My friend and fellow demonstrator Sherri came up with this project for her Stamp Club, which I LOVE being in! She always comes up with awesome projects and it is just so much fun!!

After doing this project, I fell in love with the Parisian Breeze Designer Series Paper. It was gorgeous!! I love the file folder we made as well, how cool would it be to have one for all of the different occasions....a girl can dream!! I am getting together this evening with some girlfriends to stamp so hopefully I'll have some cool things to share tomorrow!! Until then....
Happy Stamping!!

This is another card made with the same Friends 24-7 stamp set. I also some of my Urban Oasis DSP scraps! I used Stampin Ups Basic Grey & Riding Hood Red Cardstocks and distressed them a little bit. I stamped the bird and the flourish in Riding Hood Red Classic Ink and tied a piece of the Basic Grey Taffeta Ribbon around!

Rainbows!

I just had to share this! A full rainbow!! I've never seen a full one, it was so amazingly beautiful and right in my backyard! By the time I had ran to grab my camera it had faded quite a bit but before I snapped the picture there was actually a double rainbow one on top of this one!

And in the Stamp room I made this card, Friends 24-7 is by far my very favorite stamp set right now! I just love it, and the coordinating Friendly Words wheel is so versatile and has so many sayings!

This is a card I made using both stamps and very simple! I used the Apricot Appeal Buttons from the Fresh Favorites I assortment tied with Hemp Twine. I stamped the bird from the 24-7 set in Really Rust Classic Ink onto a piece of Tangerine Tango Cardstock. I distressed the edges and sponged edges with Really Rust Classic Ink. The background on both the Tangerine Tango & Apricot Appeal Cardstocks are done with the Friendly Words wheel in Tangerine Tango Classic Ink. I used the Flourish from the 24-7 stamp set over the background and on the bottom inside piece of Apricot Appeal. I finished off by scalloping the bottom.

Be sure to leave a comment and you can win this card! I will be drawing from all of the comments tomorrow! Be sure to leave an email! Thanks for looking!

Happy Creating!
