My Mama's Gift

Mothers Day is quickly approaching! Are you ready?
This is what I have made for my mom for Mothers Day! I bought the desk set tutorial from Becky Roberts you can view and purchase hers here. I added DSP to the back of mine and lined the inside as well. I am going to make one of my post it holders to match too. I am also giving her a bunch of misc. cards that I have so she will be prepared for whatever occasion comes her way! Now if I can just be patient and wait to give it to her!

I used the retired Spring Flowers DSP and Spring Bouquet Punch. Current items include the Chocolate Chip corduroy buttons and the half pearls from stampin' up's pretties kit, scallop oval punch, eyelet punch and oval punch. So Saffron 5/8" grosgrain ribbon and Choclate Chip 1/4" ribbon. Cameo Coral, Mellow Moss & So Saffron Cardstocks.

Thanks for stopping by!
Happy Stampin'!

Isn't this beautiful!! My friend Sherri made this for me as the hostess of her stamp club this month! I just love it!! I have it sitting here on my desk, what a wonderful gift and a great reminder that I have such a wonderful friend!
Tomorrow I will take pictures and post the project we did at Sherri's Stamp Club a few days ago!! It is sooo cool!

Thanks for looking!

Tote-ally Cute!!!

Isn't this tote-ally cute?? I got the tutorial from Becky over at Inking Idaho. She has some amazing ideas!

It was way easier then I had thought it would be and I'll definitely use Stampin Ups textured designer card-stock next time because it is a bit thicker. I love it and can't wait to get some new CS and give it another go!

Urban Oasis Card Class!! March 7th!!

I don't know about you, but I LOVE Stampin' Ups Designer Series Papers, actually I loved them so much, I wasn't even able to cut into them until recently! A little crazy I know! The Urban Oasis Paper is one of my very favorites, I just love those blues, greens and grays! Maybe I've been in Ohio too long, after all it is pretty gray here! Oh and the grass IS greener here in Marysville...thats the motto anyway! I guess if you don't count the 4 months of yellow grass then it is! Ok, I'm rambling on...
So the cards and box in the pictures are what we'll be making on March 7th at my 1st card class! They are all fairly simple to do. I'm really looking forward to sharing something I love with others around me! If you are interested in coming please shoot me an email! Cost is $12 or FREE with a $25 Stampin' Up Order from me.
As much as I would love to say I came up with this awesome project...I didn't! So thanks goes out to Sheryl Braun & Stephanie David from the SU website and to Andrea Wolford for all of there amazing ideas, that I compiled into one great class!!

Summery Birthday Gifts!

I thought I'd post these gifts that I made last summer, I was just organizing some pictures and was excited to see that I took pictures before I gave them to my cousins! So here they are all bright and summery! I used the Stampin Up Tart & Tangy stamp set, I got the ideas for the purse, bookmarks and push-up pop from SCS, Its been so long I don't have the links to those but here is the link to SCS. I purchased the bins from Big Lots for $1! I stamped some plain white paper (from a paper roll) for the presents and I threw in some candy too! I'm off to try a new challenge, I'll post what I come up with later today!
